WHEN ONBOARDING EMPLOYEES…

It’s helpful to remember that not everyone is the same. What works great for some employees is going to miss-the-mark with others.

While there are some standard things you want to do with all employees, there are specific things our new employees want based on their DISC Behaviors and SIX Motivators profile.

Not sure what a new employee would prefer? You have two choices.

First, you can use the code at the bottom of this post and have them complete a Talent Insights Assessment. This will give you their primary DISC style and their primary Motivator to locate on the chart below.

Or second, you could simply ask them! Employees appreciate when we treat them like individuals with different likes/dislikes.
