Nancy Roberts, as CEO and Founder of The DISC Wizard, helps organizations with the three core areas of the Employee Lifecycle: hire, develop and keep the right people!
After hating most jobs she ever held, Nancy finally found her dream job with an employer who used a DISC Assessment to match her to the right job. Now using a similar assessment process called TriMetrix HD™, she guides employers in really getting to know their candidates and employees so they can improve job fit, engagement and, ultimately, retention.
Since starting her own consulting business in 2002, Nancy has honed her skills as a Certified Behavioral Analyst to assist her clients with the tools necessary for improving performance and productivity. Her experience in studying human behavior and its impact in the workplace spans over 25+ years.

As a nationally known Keynote speaker and author, Nancy regularly shares her “Wizard Wisdom” on how to build successful employees, teams and organizations.

Ms. Roberts holds certifications in Behavioral and Values Analysis. Her educational background includes studies in Organizational Behavior and Psychology, with additional studies in Total Quality Management and Business Administration.
As a big believer of lifelong learning and a growth mindset, she is also a graduate of the Landmark Education Curriculum, as well as the Strategic Coach, CoachU and Millionaire Mind Intensive programs.
A Rochester, New York native, she currently lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and enjoys spending time with her very large family (six step-children and ten step-grandchildren).
